5th Congress of Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging

Successfully Concluded 17-19 June 2011

On behalf of the Organising Committee, it was our great pleasure to invite and serve you at the 5th Congress of Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (ASCI 2011), held on 17-19 June 2011, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong.


ASCI is a major annual cardiovascular imaging congress in Asia. This was the first time that Hong Kong had the honour to host this important Congress. A wide spectrum of modalities including CT, MR, SPECT and echocardiography were covered in keynote lectures, satellite symposia, free paper presentations, dedicated hands-on workstation training, scientific exhibits and technical exhibition. International experts as well as distinguished regional faculties in different frontiers participated. Joint sessions with other international societies of cardiovascular imaging were included. As experts and keen learners of the field, the participants of ASCI 2011 no doubt benefited from the scientific activities and exhibits. We hope you found the programme both comprehensive and interesting.

We are confident that you had an enjoyable stay in Hong Kong and a very fruitful Congress, and ASCI 2011 turned out to be an excellent platform for sharing work, experience and achievements.



About: -  The Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (ASCI) was established on April 29, 2006. The aim of ASCI is to advance the science the science and art of cardiovasculer imaging through an educational non-profit organization in Asia. It will be seen as the principal independent organization committed to the further development cardiovascular imaging of through education, quality control, research, and training in Asia.
